The festival offers exhibitor space on two levels. The basic stand construction is obligatory included in the space rental.

This includes:
- A counter/table: length 120 cm, height 85 cm, width 75 cm
- A rollable shelf with closed substructure: length 120 cm, height 220 cm, depth 40 cm

Of course, you can also bring your own furniture (according to the booked area size). Do you need more furniture? We are happy to offer you additional furniture for individual hire.

Each stand is provided with 1 x 16 A & 2 x 230 V connections as standard (heavy current and light current).

A stylish logo board is also included for each stand!

We are also happy to provide you with additional connections (for an extra charge). Please let us know your individual power requirements when booking.

Beyond that: 25,- €/net per m²

Our service includes the all-inclusive provision of water and oat milk. We also provide convenient waste management including bin bags.

We provide a contingent of exhibitor passes and advertising materials per stand to activate customers,

. We also ensure that your logo and name are present on the advertising materials (flyers, posters, website).
