The stand must be completed by Friday, 09.00 at the latest.

Please make sure that the festival invoice for your festival participation has been settled before the start of set-up.

ATTENTION: Limited parking on the site. We ask that you unload your vehicle quickly and then park it in the adjacent public parking facilities. We reserve the right to regulate access, which may result in waiting times. There are sufficient ramps, elevators etc. available.

PARKING LOTS

Sufficient parking spaces are available in the adjacent streets.

CHECK-IN

Please register at the main information desk directly behind the main entrance (next to the flags) at the start of set-up. You will also receive any other important information there.

Data delivery

So that we can use your logos in the highest quality on our print products, we need files that remain razor-sharp even on large formats. We also need a link to your website or social media profile.
